[Zero G BD]

So I used to play this game some time ago and I figured I would come back and see if it had progressed. The problem is lots of stuff I paid money for is gone. My paint and camo specs on my atlas, gone. one of my mechs gone. Many of my weapons, engines and sensors etc that I had bought all gone.

Did the game go through some sort of reset that took things that were bought for in game and real money away. If so why?

Nothing should be "gone" from your inventory.
Only exception would be that they removed the CN9-AH from the game (to make room for the YLW)
Stats were also reset at the launch of public beta (KDR, kills, matches etc....)

But no, camo patterns, equipment, engines, and the like, should not be gone. Sounds like either a major bug, or someone logged into your account when you weren't looking.

Contact support, they are usually good about this kind of stuff. Provided they can somehow pull up a snapshot of your profile (and inventory) from your long-ago login.

Thanks. Yeah my YLW is still there but my black atlas with the white skull is now green and i have no unlocked colors. to use.

Looks like I have a ton to learn. None of my builds are worth anything any more. Sems like missile boats are all the rage again.

Paints were handled differently in the past and at one point the money spent was refunded.

That'll generally happen when you leave any constantly-developing game for a long amount of time.

It always amazes me when someone acts like a **** for no reason on a msg board... No wait thats normal for "gamers" You don't think asking of resets happened is a fair question? The game was beta resets are not that rare. Losing stuff that cash was paid for is though.

No, not no reason. For the reason that people seem to think the boards are support.

Is it not okay to, in the short term, ask if there are others who've experienced issues one is facing currently? (Even while waiting on a submitted support ticket?)

OP is not asking us to fix his problem, he is asking if there were known issues or changes to the game in his absence. This is certainly a question that a community can (and did) answer faster than any support team. Forum seems like the right place for it.

Depends on when you went missing. If you haven't played this game since the early days of the Closed Beta, then yes - there is a possibility that your stuff has gone through an inventory reset. However, if that were the case, all of your MC, C-bills, and GXP would be refunded. You would not have a partial inventory loss.

First places to go are Google and support. If someone else had the issue, a Google search has a good chance of finding it, and a likely solution. Failing that, the support staff are the ones that are actually in a position to fix things.

They Also did one Color/Pattern Reset a Long time ago but Refund all the C-Bill and MC for it.

If you log in to the forums and go to https://mwomercs.com/profile/credits you can see MC usage history for your account, My history on my account goes back to Oct 29,2012 when the founder got there MC
