will they pause the Premium time for this whole 24 hour down time? if not then that is just poor customer service on their side.

They've rewarded players with a day of premium time during loss of availability before. Try not to panic yet.

They already said they're going to give a day of PT to anyone who has it active during the downtime, so there ya go

Also, please post your critizism to the announcement or official feedback thread (if available). This will make it much more likely that your concern will be noticed and adressed.
