Playstyle: Pretty much any, changes over time to keep things interesting.

Preferred Weight: Heavy and Assault, currently.
Experience: BT:TCHI, BT:TCHR, MW1-3 (didn't like 4), MC 1 and 2.
Now, I'm a bit of a difficult case, and really not a good fit for many - hence why I'm posting here.
VOIP limitations:
I'm a father of very young and impressionable children, so VOIP needs to be at least fairly clean. I'm not hardcore about the no-swearing thing (some is fine) but overall conversation needs to be generally family friendly at least most of the time. Further, I currently lack a mic (my baby girl destroyed my headset, so I've just got headphones+speakers) though I'll be getting a new headset sometime soon. With that being said, my ability to use a headset is fairly limited given my family situation (need to be able to hear/converse with the family while playing most of the time) so even when I can get a mic, much of the time I'll be listen only (but, of course, able to type).
Time zone issues:
I do rotating shift work, so I play at extremely random times. I alternate between day and overnight shifts every two weeks, and family obligations further mangle that. In short, I'm not ever available at predictable times, and am simply on randomly. As such, I can't commit to particular days and times.
What I can offer:
I'm a friendly sort, with a positive outlook on the game. I'm reasonably competent and have absolutely no trouble following orders and much prefer doing so to random Rambo play. I've got a fairly large stable of Mastered heavy and assault mechs, and have no issues with picking specific ones for whatever roles are needed in a group from day to day, and enjoy mixing things up and doing different things, so I can be put pretty much anywhere.
Personal:
What I'm looking for is a reasonably light bunch who play at all hours and don't take the game too seriously, and understand that my availability is inherently random and even when I am on, I cannot predict how long I can be on for, and that I may (and will) need to be randomly AFK frequently (small children being small children) - though I won't drop in mid-match except in extremely unusual circumstances.
