I'm looking to join a unit to be able to do more 4 man drops. Looking to group up with mature gamers who put a priority on fun and teamwork. I'm looking for a more casual outfit (i.e. no rigid practice schedules etc.)

I think the game really shines with that levle of co-ordination, especially wtih voice comms. Often play with 2 or 3 buddies but seem to struggle to consistently get 4 online at the same time (so there could be potential to get more than 1 recruit).
