Roletype: TBD (see below)

Callsign: Mekaton
Timezone: EST, but I play earlier in the day 11am - 3pm EST
House/Faction:MechCorps
Playstyle:Assault
Roletype:Striker/Brawler
Preferred Weight: Assault
Experience: Mechassault 1&2, Battletech PnP, lots of FPS experience.

I'm looking for a group or clan that meets on a daily basis during the daytime hours between 10am - 3pm EST. I'm open to playing with people in different timezones, like UK/Europe, since they are in their prime time hours at the time that I wish to play. I'm new, but getting better all the time. I'm only a month into the game but already average 500-600 damage with my Altas D-DC in most matches.

My build and play focus is to always be firing. This, I find, is the key to DPS.I build my atlas to have the heat sinks and weapons to accommodate this. I am working on getting the times I shutdown per games to 0, while still blasting face as much as possible.

Name: Mark

Callsign: disastrophe

Timezone: GMT +0 (UK) I play most evenings and weekends.

House/Faction: Not fussy, but a bit of lore would be appreciated.

Playstyle: Often hit & run, but adaptable.

Roletype: Scout/striker/brawler

Preferred Weight: Light/Medium/Heavy - I rarely pilot Assaults.

Experience: MechCommander 1 & 2, MechWarrior 4, and many, many FPSs. BattleTech-wise, I've played a bit of PnP and read a few of the novels. ;)

I'm looking for a casual-ish group who mostly focus on playing for fun rather than being super-competitive. I'm not particularly interested in *mandatory* practice sessions or similar, but I play to win, and I do appreciate organisation in an outfit. I've not played with groups much in MWO, and I'm eager to learn more. Also, I would be more than happy to help organise sessions/recruit new members, and participate in other group activies. I enjoy recruiting a lot.

I help run a Left 4 Dead 2 clan with these principles (main rule: Don't Be A ****), which is going well. Sadly, few of my friends there are interested in 'mechs. :(

Name: Jared "Toni" Goodman

Callsign: Scaevola
Timezone: Eastern Standard Time. However, I have an odd schedule where I work 5pm - 2am, so I'm on when I can be.
House/Faction: I don't know enough about the lore to claim a House. Though the FRR sounds interesting to me.
Playstyle: Guerrilla, tag teaming/flanking.
Roletype: Primarily support. I don't do recon, and usually stick with a heavy/assault to watch their back. I never stray from the pack.
Preferred Weight: Light (Jenner only, though) and Medium
Experience: FPS and strategy games. No previous Mechwarrior experience.

I want to find a few groups to play with, honestly. Or just a bunch of people to add that I can play with. Given my odd schedule, I would like to not just PUG all the time. My schedule might be changing again too, so I just want to make sure I have people to play with often.

I love talking tactics and figuring out the best way to take someone down. I can be competitive, but I'm not looking for anger and rage quitting. MechWarrior Online is one of the few games that doesn't make me rage, ever. Seriously, even when I get my arse kicked, I come out of the match having fun. So if someone on my team starts to make the game less fun for me, I will remove myself from their presence if they don't stop after me (politely) calling them out the first couple of times.

I don't want to be casual (although I haven't been on recently for personal reasons), and would like to do at least one or two matches a day, with doing many more on my off days.

I have over a hundred matches under my belt right now. My current W/L is 42/66. I can only imagine what my W/L would be if I was able to work with a team in a more easily communicated fashion (such as Mumble and whatnot).

The way I play is that I usually stick with a heavy or assault and keep them company, watching their back and firing SRMs in the face of enemies that try to distract them from their long-ranged attacks. I try to keep the stress off of my heavy buddies.

I try guerrilla tactics more often when I'm using my two Jenners however, than when I'm using my Centurion.

Also, if a certain build is criteria to join, I have no interest. While I will happily take suggestions on how to build my mech, it is still mine and I'll have it built how I see fit.

House/Faction: Mercenary
Playstyle: Widely varied, enjoy light mechs and sniping
Roletype: Negotiable
Preferred Weight: Light or Heavy
Experience: Extensive. You get what you pay for, after all. And I'm not cheap.
Extensive combat experience. Not a fan of the Johnny Two-Balls that run out and get their team killed. If you're one of them you need not contact me. Myself and a fellow mechwarrior are looking for a good group of mercs to fight with, ones that work together and have a good time while they fulfill a contract. Someone that knows how to fight, and that the terms of the contract are more important than personal glory. We have moderate time to spend piloting, but a good team would likely cause that to increase. Make an offer we can't refuse.

Callsign: phanteh
Timezone: UK (GMT 0)
House/Faction: Merc
Playstyle: Usually prefer Brawling, will pilot whatever's needed
Roletype: " "
Preferred Weight: any
Experience: MC2, bit of Mech Warrior 3, lots of 4.

I enjoy competitive FPS' such as CS and, most recently, Blacklight Retribution. Haven't played CoD since they took away dedicated servers. Lot of World of Tanks, but the devs have pissed me off to the point that I'm just playing MWO these days.

I'm mostly looking for a group as I'm sick of the random quality of team mates... I'm not much of a voice comms guy, but will listen in for orders and such.

Timezone: EST
House/Faction: House Davion
Playstyle: I prefer up-close and personal or gauss-sniper.
Roletype: Flanking or close in support with an LB-10x to the face of anyone that gets to close, or standing back and sniping.
Preferred Weight: Medium/Heavy (Cataphract is my preferred mech atm)
Experience: MW2-4 and Mercenaries, Battletech and Mechwarrior Tabletop RPG in various forms to include the Robotech expansions. I have also played nearly every major MMO since Ultima Online was in beta (I remember the deamons...).

I am looking for a more mature group that knows the worth of a good friend, a good joke, a good drink, and a fine cigar. I also hope to find a group that understands that I am not the best mech pilot in the universe and will help develop my somewhat rusty skills (it's been how many years since the last MW game?).

See you on the battlefield!

Roletype: TBD, can switch roles if needed.
Preferred Weight: Medium/Heavy
Experience: Veteran Founder, Mechwarrior 2 Mercs, Armored Core 2-4, Guild/Faction Experience with leadership positions in Everquest and Tinywarz. Reasonably high skill level in SC2 (High plat when I played consistently) and DotA 2 (Best heroes being support/initiators)

Looking to get into a Semi-Competitive to Ruthlessly Competitive Corp that'll keep me a consistent and better player. I love my hunchbacks, but I need to play alot more to get the throwaway money to tweak them how I want. Have the elite level on Hunchbacks, currently working on Cataphracts.

I'm having problems getting my headsets to work with Windows 8. My USB headset wouldn't work so I bought a cheap 3.5 mm pin set which works but the microphone makes me sound like a cylon in a cave, talking into a tin bucket on a cellphone with horrible reception. I can still hear fine though and I'm able to follow orders and hold up my end fine enough so please get at me.

I'm looking for others to play with to actually communicate and use tactics. I'm getting really discouraged by all the 0-8 losses I'm a part of without any one to play with,
