In the current version of the client you can press F9 and in the upper left hand corner of the screen you can see:

FPS:
POS:

Also add:

PING:

It would help quite a bit when odd things like '...number of DNS services...' need to update their stuff occur and you're trying to figure out why you have little to no hit registration occurring.
