None of these Mechs are exclusive to their producers and they get passed around pretty readily.

The FRR needs that Panther and badly.

One could claim that Steiner and Davion are the same, but they might not be. If they are different then we're over due for some Davion Mechs.

After those two gaping holes in the list it looks like Kurita and Liao need atleast one more Mech a piece. Preferably two.

Liao needs the Vindicator - that's their standard mech.

Stalker was the Draconis primary assault before the houses got enough tech back to start designing new mechs

I dont think people should worry about this, they wont ever make House specific mechs until they introduce some other aspects of the game.

While Marik is a huge production center for IS 'mechs, they sell most of them to other powers. let's look at the examples given:

the Cicada was sold in huge numbers to Kurita and Davion from the beginning of the Clan invasion;

the Centurion is built by Corean Enterprises in both Davion and Marik space, and is considered an archetypal Davion 'mech;

the Hunchback is built in Marik space, but was already heavily favored by Kurita forces by the early 3020s;

the Trebuchet is actually an identifiable Marik 'mech;

the Awesome and Stalker are so ubiquitous that they are even found in Periphery regiments.

That's the background, which you can find in TRO3039 and TRO3050U: in MW:O, it has been mentioned that all 'mechs will be available to everyone, but that Houses will be given price breaks on specific 'mechs.

Nonetheless, this is a good list, but you'll usually find that the Free Worlds League produces most of the 'mechs, irrespective of who uses them.

BTW, while the Cataphract is a Liao design, the production plant was lost to Davion during the Fourth Succession War, during which (so before our current game year of 3049), it became a Davion-produced 'mech.

FRR really didnt have their own mech designs.. they were a faction that splintered from the combine so many of their mechs came from those facilities and whatever else they could get their hands on they are basicly an example of what the skye faction would look like if their rebellion succeeded against steiner

and Centurion: "With interest in the design growing in the Federated Suns, Corean eventually opened a secondary plant on New Avalon in 3012."

Having done 7 of the announced 'mechs so far, I'll do the other 6 (this is just background):

Deployments:

Atlas: ubiquitous

Catapult: mostly Kurita and Liao; Davion stole many from Liao during the Fourth Succession War; even Periphery States hold some of the 26th century models

Dragon: an archetypal Kurita 'mech, it is also heavily used by the FRR

Commando: an ironically distinctly Steiner 'mech, although some of the major Periphery states use it too

Raven: Liao, as everyone knows, but sold to both Marik and Kurita; stolen by Steiner and Davion

Jenner: mostly Kurita, but all of the Successor States have some
