Since the patch that introduced the vindicator, I have been having serious issues with MWO showing friendlies on my hud. They show up with nothing over them, Much like an enemy mech under ecm. This typically isn't an issue, as I can see that a Timberwolf or Hunchback doesn't pack ecm to begin with. But, in cramped spaces, when a Raven or Kit Fox runs around a corner and I alpha on him as he passes, that is. I didn't have any TKs before that patch, now I have three. To me, that is unacceptable. Though it is interesting and a little more realistic to be sure of your target, it is an issue when half the team doesn't show up as friendly. At range, all mechs look like they are just under an ecm bubble. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? Is it happening to anyone else?

It is probably connection related rather than a fault with your game client / computer. The frequency and severity of this issue has tapered off significantly for me in the last couple of days.

It's become more frequent, but it's a simple update error in the HUD, which you can fix by powering your 'Mech down, as powering up refreshes your entire HUD. Up until now, I've had a 100% success rate with this whenever I've encountered the issue.

Of course despite being a simple client error, this is not something that should happen as frequently as it currently does.

I get it every day! You are not alone! Turning my mech on and off does nothing.

same here, cycling mech power no longer fixes this bug which I have at least every few matches now.

This is the worst bug I'm facing. This affects core gameplay. I have to wait and see if that mech shoots at me first, to keep from tkilling.

Why isn't this bug getting more attention? It is a major issue.
