Cant Purchase Clan Pack

i'm trying to purchase the daishi collection but when i click on the buy it didn't show out anything and it's happen to same all clan collection , a la carte, and the gold collecion also, i tried all my browser which is firefox, ie and google chrome

Consider yourself lucky. You may want to hold off after the upcoming laser nerfs to clan weaponry?

What up with the Web Site it not let me buy The Clan Collection I am trying to buy $240 pack I have try Internet Explorer and Google Chrome
