Problem: Team and friendly fire or kill.
Suggestion:
A teamshooter will get a automatically shutdown and can not boot again for a period of time, lets say 10 Seconds, when he has produced a predefined amount of teamdamage.
Modern Mech-Computersystems should have such a function built in for protecting other Pilots life and accidentially own Mechlosses by FF.
A good compromise from my point of view. FF is still possible but the damage amount is limited because the shooter will get an automatic lesson teached by his own Mech when doing to much Teamdamage and shutting completley down for a period of time.
