1st. "Building you first mech" Clantech vs. Innersphere. You got your Cadet bonus, what now? Step by step contruction for new players of an effective Shadowhawk and Stormcrow and going over the pros and cons of each tech base.
perhaps showing how a SCR-Prime can be reconfigured with D omnipods into a streak crow.

Then go on to explain this would be a good entry level option for those looking to hunt squirrely lights and also double so-so as a brawler. The pros and cons of streaks.
Then perhaps covering IS with a SHD-2K 3xERLL build

Explain this is a solid Innersphere lonewolf attrition poke build to get a feel for long range combat.
2nd. I think there is a need for a new player video which covers roles on the pug queue battlefield which also ties into more builds and explanations, how to play them, and so forth.
Scout, Brawler, Direct Fire Support, Indirect Fire Support, and the subcategories if time permits.
Also covering superior trades, push vs. poke, attrition vs DPS tanking.
3rd. The big one. Community Warfare Survival Guide/Prep
all I have on it so far is this.
https://docs.google....g56a3d083f_1800
Minimally about the faction map, more about the combat portion.
Instead of something obvious like "just join a team, stupid", I think something like how to contribute better in the CW, team or no team, is the way to go. How to approach dropdeck construction. What works, what doesn't. How to handle a rush or a standoff. Scouting ahead if your mech is trashed. When to K-out. How to operate as solo player or on a 12-man.
I think a video delivery would give it better justice than what I can do.
