For players trying to group without voice comms you are welcome to try this Teamspeak server I am experimenting with (using Teamspeak client purely as a chat tool - voice will not work):

password = mwo

I got thinking about the optimal way to get players into groups quickly so put in about 20 channels - so its really easy to specify what you want to do with weight class or group size without typing anything or having to say no to people in general Q's.

As soon as you get invited to a group in-game you just close Teamspeak.
