Would it be possible, please, to split the Merc Corp Recruiting into two sub-categories, please: Employers and Candidates?

That way, prospective MechWarriors who want more control over whom they approach to hire them, can have that, and recruiters searching for MechWarriors would be able to peruse, as well.
