so......im stumped at this stage....
pls help?
Hey man, my brother had the same problem running avast antivirus. You may need to turn off your av during installation. He had to completely uninstall avast, and then download the game. After it was working he re installed avast and hasn't had any problems.
I hope this helps! =]

This issue appears to be generally related to recent firmware updates to Nvidia Drivers.
If you are experiencing this issue, please try performing a clean re-installation of your Nvidia drivers. Uninstall the current drivers through the Windows uninstall program system, reboot, then re-install the latest drivers. Be sure to select the Custom installation option, then on the next screen, check the 'perform a clean installation' box. We recommend installing without using GeForce Experience.
I clean reinstalled the latest (unless they released new ones in the last week or two) and I suspect that did the trick. Done a few matches, twice on the new map (which usually crapped out) and no issues.
Might be a fluke, haven't done enough playing to be sure, but it is looking good so far.
(note that NVIDIA drivers seem to leave their installers around under c:\NVIDIA and you can rerun them and initiate the clean install from there, the extra step of using windows uninstall program might not be necessary. That's how I did it)

Niko, it's still broken, ML can't form up the unit with an ML tag (Doc got a ticket open on it).
Maybe someone grabbed ML already?

- This is one of our known issues and we hope to get it resolved soon!
FYi what worked for me to fix the NVIDIA freezing issue (only on Mining Colony for me) was to just rollback the GeForce driver to the previous version simply using Device Manager. A clean reinstall of the GeForce driver didn't do the trick for me.
Good to know that the ghosting is being worked on, that's a nice touch. Also, Post AA doesn't seem to be forcing on now, also nice.
And finally, this Alex guy is really on the ball with support, props to you sir

I sent a support ticket unaware of this thread about unit name/tag has been taken etc. Guessing it was created/entered when Ipre-registered my team a while back. Would like to be added to it at the least.

What works for me is quickly flicking to task manager and then back to the game and from then on that battle is glitch free

Zendesk comes with free templates and you don't need the fancy graphics to start with. If you just post it in the thread it will get lost. Setup the knowledegbase and promote it all over the site and in the MWO client.
Four pillars of customer support are E-mail, Community, Knowledge Base and Chat. With 3 people though I don't think you can handle chat support yet along with the e-mails, but maybe in the future this is possible. You can get Zopim as a chat program and it integrates well with Zendesk and you can limit chat to paying customers for starters.
Help Center is also easy to update so once you get people used to going there you can update without digging the forums or having something changed in the main website.
Oh, you can also download a free Zendesk app that can let you link Help Center articles to your ticket replies.
