It simply seems like they forgot the Sunday to Monday sale. Just today's sale is working AFAIK.

I can't seem to find the post now - but Nikolai posted that the sale script didn't run correctly on the backend for the Sunday sale. They are going to re-inject the Sunday sale on Tuesday.
