Baught A Mech Now Its Gone?

this is probable the complete wrong place to post this but im new and not sure were to. I bought a Vindicator 1x and it has disappeared... along with the c-bills I spent on it.

support@mwomercs.com are probably the only ones that can help. Assuming that you don't have the mech filtered out in your view - e.g. viewing light mechs only, bought assault, etc.

Did you contact support? You will not get support without contacting support. To get support, contact support. Support is there to provide support when you contact support. After you contact support and they support you, make sure to post back here about the supportive support support provided when you contacted support for support. If you need support and don't contact support, the support guys can't support you because they don't know you need support.

Replies aren't instant. You might have to wait a few days. Also try logging in and out of your account. Maybe that might help. Check your c-bills. You might have also accidentally sold it.

Support is working through a backlog because of the transition from IGP to PGI. Give 'em a few days and they'll get it worked out for you.

sometimes if you reboot the game. your purchase will be refreshed and show your mech, also it may take a little while hour or 2 I guess before the server syncs up with your puter iirc, afaik...

i did not no this, I will hold out a little longer. as for everything else, I contacted support on the 7th after EgoSlayer suggested I should. ive reclogged, rebooted, re-looked everything. and it was there because I played it, then I logged in the next day and it was gone, and no I didn't sell it.
