I doubt Reddit will be a viable communication platform for a while, if ever, due to recent events. (not making a dig at anyone, just stating the obvious here)
I'll be happy if more attention is given to the forums and we're not thrown under the bus on "breaking news" sorts of stuff as has been usual.

Bad news travels faster than good news and always in bigger packs. I suspect this is in large part due to miserable people being more motivated to post...you see, the happy people are too busy playing. Add to that, the propensity for miserable people to huddle up and try to "out miserable" each other...ever noticed any time you complain about something to someone, odds are they will try to "one up" you with a complaint of their own? Miserable people have one purpose, wether they know it our not...it's to spread and transfer misery to others. Because miserable people hate being miserable alone.
Considering the recent campaign to bash MWO and PGI, you have to weight any numbers for negative reviews and divide them by some number between 5 and 10 before comparing them to the positive reviews...mainly because there was undoubtly some explicit or implicit interest by miserable to tarnish the game's reputation.
