I would very much like to have an option to have a Bondsman walk into the mech bay and wash and wax my Warhawk. With animation of course hehe.

I've wanted to see my Jenners cleaned up ever since I got into the game.

While I like the thought of it... a major part of the battletech flavor is that manufacturing of new 'mechs is rare. The vast majority of these have been in action for hundreds of years, and are only kept in motion by the tireless efforts of techs who scrap together repair after repair after repair in less-than-ideal conditions, often using battlefield salvage to acquire the majority of the parts.
Having clean, shiny new 'mechs just... doesn't feel very Battletech to me.
Now, if they were to sell you a new 'mech in a clean condition, then slowly add damage decals as time goes on. Lose an arm? Random damage decal added to the arm for all your subsequent matches. Etc etc etc and it just keeps piling up, until eventually your 'mech reaches the max number of decals and looks like Misery. (Seriously, look at that thing)
Offering the ability to have a "factory repair" for C-Bills to remove the decals every once in a while would be nice too.
EDIT: Also, just think of the psychological effect that it had on pilots whenever they fought against the ComGuards in their bright, shiny, lostech masterpieces. Having a 'mech that looks factory mint says to the enemy "I'M A BADASS, AND I CAN AFFORD THE BEST."
