First, Check your SSL and TSL settings
- Internet Options --> Advanced
- scroll down to the Security section and make sure you have these checked:
- Use SSL 3.0
- Use TLS 1.0
- Use TLS 1.1
- Use TLS 1.2
- Reboot your router. I just had him pull the power and count to 10. This is important if you connect wirelessly since wireless connections rely on the router for DNS, including DNS caching.
- open a command window on your PC and run: ipconfig /flushdns
