Think river city meets crimson straight but the entire city is in waist deep water. Do it!

I like the idea, I'm fairly sure it would become a favorite among locust pilots.

i always thought flooding would be cool but if it effected mech movement so maybe the lights take more of a movement hit than heavier classes and assaults get the least amount.
