Under the Inventory - Battlemechs menu, none of the owned Clan Prime variants are displayed.
I pointed this out during the Clan beta test before the invasion, but this still hasn't been fixed or addressed.

Only 'mechs you can sell are displayed in the inventory menu.
The 'mechs you can't sell are the Founders Variants(I think), Sarah's Jenner, the Phoenix Variants and all Clan-Prime(I)s.
It's been like that since we have the inventory screen.
If you were to go and buy yourself a clan-prime now with MC or CBills you'd be able to sell it again.
