Its only anecdotal, but I've been seeing it for a few days now.

I start taking missile hits and dodge and weave for cover. By the time I get there thinking "I'm taking more hits than usual", I check the AMS indicator.

Nearly everytime, its down a couple of hundred rounds and is "INACTIVE" and needs to be turned back on. The worst I think was 53 rounds fired and inactive.

One of my corp members realized his PTT key was the same as his AMS key. Maybe you have the same problem?

Apart from the bug that AMS will not fire at every enemy missile it has in range, the toggle seems to work fine.

I'm more concerned with the issue that sometimes, AMS just isn't in the mood to shoot down missiles.

Solved.

It was the default AMS key. Instead of being with all of the other EW keys, they used my push-to-talk key (keyboard now remapped).
