How Do See A Store Mech Loadout?

Got to your Mechbay. At the top left is a drop-down menu for filters. Select "Purchasable".
Click on any 'mech you're interested in. Click on "Mech Details" at the bottom right.

Click on any 'mech in the list and you get to see the stock loadout, the price (top right) and you can try out new builds without buying a 'mech.

What exactly is your problem? Your statement is not clear enough what Mech you wanted to buy or look at...
