I just noticed a tiny issue with the current cooldown mods (in terms of balance). Based on the game's weapon mechanics, a cooldown mod essentially amounts to a percentage based DPS buff (IE: at level 5, you get 12% increased DPS due to the 12% faster cooldown). However due to the mechanics of Laser weapons (specifically: burn time), lasers (and to a lesser extent, Clan Ultra/Standard Autocannons) are not get the same amount of "buff" as every other weapon (IE: a large laser's total refire time is decreased by less than 12% with the level 5 weapon mod).

It'd be nice to see them normalized.

Again, not a huge deal, but it triggered my OCD.
