I tried to enter into the game for a few times. I couldn't get into the game menu, even though both my username and password were correct. Even if I restart my computer, the problem presist. It pop out an error message of "Unknown failure" as when it goes back to the login screen shortly after the failed loading, and I run fullscreen. I have no idea what errors I made, but can anyone please help me to solve the problem and address such problem at the same time?

Is this a new install of the game?
- Was it working before?
- Are you 'still' running the game as Admin? (Patch may have changed that status)
- What operating systems are you running?
- Do you have the older Dx9c installed with the newer Dx11 codex?
(both win7 and 8 do not have some of the older codex/drivers required for MWO to operate correctly)

- If you download the Beta Test server version of MWO the files are located in the main install directory under Dx9c folder.
(from there you can select to install them, if that was 1 of the problems)

Need a bit more info to assist further.

It's okay, the problem is solved already. I installed the appropriate DX version and used the MWO Repair Tool. It seemed there were a few mismatched file that obstructed me from accessing the game, all were removed.
