You just told someone who is questioning the payment options to just buy it with the questionable payment options. You happen to be an Elemental?

No, he was complaining that he could not buy them ala carte so he was worried that he would not get the monthly bonus, so I told him to just purchase the first package to get that monthly bonus and then swap it for the ala carte one he wants when it is available.

If they do it like last time, you should get 2 other mech's of the same chasis and 2 mech bays.

It actually says right at the bottom, "Each A La Carte Package comes with the Prime Variant Mech and two other variants. They also come with 3 mechbays for those mechs." So, same as the Wave I ala carte purchases.

I just want to say that I am disappointed in the a-la-carte pricing. I didn't expect buying two mechs to cost MORE than buying anything but the highest level package. Whether I end up spending some money on Wave 2 or not, I'm not impressed with that pricing choice.

It is the exact same pricing as Wave I. What exactly did you expect?...

Agree... I picked up a Timber Wolf a la carte, and it was fine for what I wanted and was willing to pay.
Was expecting the pricing to be the same as wave 1. Picked up a Man o' War this time around because I have the funds to do so this time, and what you get makes more sense vs a la carte pricing.

Really, what did you expect?
If you're buying 2, and one isn't the Gargoyle - get the 90 dollar pack.
If you're getting 2 that includes the Gargoyle - get the Gargoyle pack you goit. It's +20 for everything and you get a free King Crab.

If you just want 1, then it's only worth it for the Hellbringer or Gargoyle, otherwise just get the Light or medium pack.

I don't really understand those that buy two a la carte mechs. It's such a bad deal. For 10 20 bucks more you get: all the mechs and their mechbays, 12 colors, 4 patterns and 60 days of premium. And I am not counting the Vulture for the Masakari owners neither the negligible fluff stuff (titles, badges, cockpit items) for those to me are worthless.

The only "fair" business here is to buy the Loki OR the Gargoyle, in my opinion.

The difference between Wave I and Wave II "pricing" is choice. The first wave consisted of alot more mechs and alot more pricing choices, which made an ala carte selection much more appealing. If I wanted a Dire Wolf, Timber Wolf or Masakari, then the ala carte pricing was cheaper then buying the package. With only 4 mechs this time around, ala carte pricing doesn't offer the level of choice you had previously, so the value of it is going to seem to be much less (which it is, since the cost of two mechs is worse then buying a package with 3 that doesn't contain the Gargoyle). So while the price remains the same, the perceived value is going to be greatly diminished.

This is odd.

I ordered my Gargoyle, but my profile's wave 2 preorder details say that I ordered an Adder, for some unknown reason.

Perceived value is subjective, obviously. My perceived value is that the full pack is a HUGE value, since I got 90 days of Premium time ($45), 12 mechbays ($18), 12 colors (~$40), 12 cockpit items ($28) and 12 mechs (645 tons of mechs = ~$194), for a grand total of items worth $325, not even counting the free Mad Dog I got on top of that! That is ~74% off the normal prices...

EDIT: Actually, with all of the monthly bonuses, the total Premium time is 111 days (almost $60).

You will get to choose once it is released, from what I have gathered. Speaking of that, when did it get changed to "choose"?...
