Dangit. Was really hoping for a Shadowcat.

The Shadowcat and any MASC mechs were already unconfirmed by Russ during the Townhall Meeting

Any word on whether these will also be available in the gold limited edition form? Would be interesting to know - especially for the invasion version of the Mad Dog (which would probably 'sell out' faster than the Timberwolf did due to it's limited availability).

Awesome pack, too bad I don't have the cash. But... I have a serious question.

The Hellbringer Prime is equipped with Anti-Personnel Pods. What will these be used for in-game?

Don't tell me you have infantry and... Tanks coming down the line, do you?

Issues with link aside (it lacks the parenthesis closure in the link itself), that Koshi is a post-Jihad battlemech design based on the Mist Lynx omnimech that was part of the Clan Invasion.

It is named Koshi because it was designed and built by Clan Diamond Shark (later Clan Sea Fox), intended for sale to Inner Sphere customers, who know the Mist Lynx by their own given name (Koshi). The same rationale that led to their own efforts with the "Mad Cat" series of mechs based on the Timber Wolf, which the IS knows as "Mad Cat".

You may've raised a valid concern, but it is thankfully misplaced. You just need to learn the lore a little better. ^_^

Have fun~

Oh JESUS for the love of Kerensky PLEASE PLEASE learn your mechs!!! The Shadow Cat and for that matter the Cauldron-Born are BOTH 3058 mechs please before crying out check your TROs oh and before you ask TRO = Technical Readout.

Sorry if I sound pissed off but the constant whinning about mechs that should be in is getting on my nervers, learn your Timelines and THEN start to whine and *****, and for the comedian who wanted the Grizzly, that is ALSO a 3058 mech and a SECOND LINER to boot. Guys PGI and doing Battletech NOT Mechwarrior timeline.

Neither the Ebon Jaguar nor the Shadow Cat are 3058 mechs.

Shadow Cat production year : 3003
Ebon Jaguar production year : 3049

Thank you PGI, for the awesome package. I may be a poor SOB, but I see a Koshi in my future (I'm a sucker for the light mechs, and have really enjoyed my Uller package . . . even if it's no Firestarter, my one true mech). Always happy to support the game and get nice goodies for it at the same time.

Further, they were first spotted in the Battle of Luthien, which makes it 3051 as earliest you should see them fielded.

Just a quick question for those of you who know the tabletop game, I looked up the Loki on sarna.net (See here http://www.sarna.net...llbringer_(Loki) ), and the Prime variant lists it as having 4 Anti-Personnel Pods. I have two questions about those. Firstly, do they weigh anything/take up any critical slots? And If they do, how will MWO handle them

Last I checked (It's been a while) they weigh nothing and take up no space.
They are basically really big frag grenades strapped to the mech's legs for killing infantry.

So, if we did al a carte with wave one, is there a way to get the remaining mechs to upgrade to the masakari package?

Oh thanks. Forgot about that.. I just looked back on Sarna and I saw it where the speed rating is. Too bad though as it's my favorite clan medium mech :(

Forgot about that too. Here's hoping by that year in game both Shadowscat (if they figure out what is needed to add in MASC) and Ebon-Jaguar can be possibilites.

Vulture is the Mad Dog ;)

The Fire Moth, Executioner and Viper would make my day being all CGB orientated mechs. I would be perfectly fine without MASC for the introduction of the chassis.

Now still need to find the $120 for the Gargoyle pack.

Thanks Coffi, I really do know the Vulture is the Mad Dog. ;)

My question was whether or not the Vulture would be counted as part of this wave or the next one.

I believe you have to contact support to purchase the rest.

They will have Ala Carte upgrade options on the website on the 17th. I had the same question but Russ answered that in his post.

I think they weight .5 tons and take up 1 crit slot, so basically the Hellbringer has 2 free tons for DHS or armor.

So how do we definitively check to see if we have 100 games since Sept. 17 2013? I'm fairly new at checking my stats so I apologize if this is a dumb question and I didn't see anyone ask this yet in the post.

Will we be seeing community based package purchase rewards like the free camo, cockpit item, colors, etc. that we got with the phoenix and clan wave one packages?

On a side note seeing as how the Viper is the only currently viable invasion mech missing can we expect to see it soon after all the wave 2 mechs come out?
