iirc, I think we had till the 23 last day when the Mad Dog will be dropped in game!

Now that the intial, "OMG IT'S SO COOL" has worn of a bit, I do have a couple of conserns:

Myst Lynx (Koshi) - It says that it has XL 175 but the speed of 118.8 km/h doesn't mach any egine rating, posibly an XL180 = 116.6km/h. Both weigh the same, so can we expect a free engine upgrade on a not so fast Clan light?

Ice Ferret (Fenris) - Has an XL 360 and should go 135.7km/h before tweak and 149.2km/h after, will that be the case?

Hellbringer (Loki) - Standard armor and structure??!!! Also what about Alt. Config. F : 2 - CLB10X, 3 - CERMedLas 1- SRM6 it doesn't break any rules for current time line

Mad Dog (Vulture) - Is that thing gona have Endo also, or just Fero Fiberous armor?

I am very pleased to see another clan light (hope its a little faster). Stoked that I will get my favorite clan mech (Vulture). If PGI wants to really fleece us for everything we have left, they will have some mix of the warhammer, archer, marauder, pheonix hawk, crusader and/or wasp in the next IS pack.

Also, it is not fair to those that contribute and constantly support this game to have their "unique" mechs and items just given to others because they think they should have them. This is not a welfare office. All you have to do is wait, boo hoo. Sorry man, thats life.

So russ, in regards to this free atlas i have a quiry and with the poor responses i've gotten from customer support i'd like to bring this directly to your attention to which you may or may no be aware of

How can you say someone still has time to achieve pre-sale reward by buying a current clan pack when i did pre-sale purchase a clan pack and yet the upgrades i've made on that pre-sale don't count towards my pre-sale bonus?

What i'm taling about is my clan mechs i've upgraded to my pre-sale aren't being given the polygon pattern. As customer support responded saying there not counted towards pre-sale as they where bought after the clans where brought out.

such, by the logic i'm being given by customer support, how can anyone who buys one of th existing clan packs today count as a pre sale for freebies yet when i DID pre-sale i get told no there a date that the sale had to be made for.

In one statement your staff are saying what a pre-sale is, but in your response you say people can still achieve this. If your the man in charge why is it your staff are saying one thing and your saying another?

I liek what i see but can you understand from my pov i'm being burnt? On one hand your slapping me in the face by saying these late comers get freeibes and count as pre-sale account yet on the other your staff are saying no, sales after this date don't count as pre sales.

Can you get your company in order and make 1 simple ruling on what counts as a pre-sale and what doesn't.

All i want is a level playing field and one hand i'm told i'm a pre-sale account but on the other i'm not i'm not. who do i believe? when i click something that says i can upgrade my current sale is being upgraded not addon.

Ie like with my car and holiday. i bought the items and before the car arrvied or went on the holiday other special came along that i was able to UPGRADE my package, i was able to put bigger rims on it, i didn't have to buy the car and then buy new rims, i upgraded my car same for my holiday i added extra destinations as an upgrade.

Yet i get told here, not you adding on, not upgrading and yet now you come out and say, oh buy now and u can count as upgraded account for freebies.

Please can we get a ruling on this, either i get my polygon patterns and he gets his atlas, or we both get nothing.

To me this is a double standard.


P.s. i really do like the new wave 2 clan mechs, but atm i feel robbed and i'm not comfortable giving any more money and i've been with the firm since closed beta.

Myst Lynx (Koshi) - Promising design.

Ice Ferret (Fenris) - Not quite what I was expecting. Still anticipating this mech.

Hellbringer (Loki) - Looks fairly spot on.

Gargoyle (Man O War) - Pictures small but it looks as intimidating as expected.

Mad Dog (Vulture) - Oh god yes.

Pretty sure they've said this is the last of Clan mechs. The three remaining Omnis all have MASC, which won't be implemented (at least not anytime soon. This means the Flea is cancelled as well by the way).

If we get any Clan mechs later on, they probably will be either IS refits (the Clans did capture a lot of them, and they have their own old stores of them), or Clan made second-line Battlemechs, like IIC mechs (IIC means "mk2, Clan version" basically).

The biggest concern about this new clan pack... is if PGI's ordering system is working correctly (since the server move and no more IGP handling stuff).

I'm not specifically talking about the logjam @ support, but I fear this will be a problem once tomorrow arrives...

I hope you enjoy your $360 from a few* players when you could sell every Mech individually for a special early price of lets say $180 that way you can cater to a wider group of people and you would make more money that way insted of making people buy huge amounts at once. fyi you did that with Clan invasion individual Mechs $55.00. now people with good sense will have to wait 3 more months ..GG..

Can't you be happy it's at least in the game?
Right now there are people who are upset that Shadowcat or Flea aren't being added for the foreseeable future
And here you are just complaining you have to wait.

Buying the package now is still pre-order because you get the mechs before they are all released for C-Bills. The stuff that was given away before like Polygon was bonus material, not the pre-order itself.

I do agree with this entirely. Been a fence sitter about the game for a while. Joined MWO on Nov 11. 2011. Have Elite Founders, Phoenix Overlord, Masakari plus an extra mech here and there. Play with my Merc unit Legion of Phobos lately plus some PUB games. General boredom has been the overall attitude of what I have seen but kept alive with the promise of CW.

With the corporate split I freely admit I see some light. Especially with Russ taking up time to answer questions and do some 'splainin' directly in the forums. Now that is an advance we old timers appreciate. Talk directly to us. I know it eats up time and patience but I think we customers and supporters are worth it. We respond well to honesty and truth (well, most of us).

I think this Wave2 sale after the corporate split is because you need the money. Fair enough. I see better days ahead for both PGI and we customers. When the sale starts tomorrow I will PayPal $120 for the Clan Pack Wave2. An investment in PEOPLE at PGI, not mechs alone.
