Torso kinda looks like a Shadowcat! The cockpit framing is additionally reminiscent of some Dark Age Nova Cat 'Mechs.
I think the details are a little too busy. From a maintenance/fabrication point of view, it would be a nightmare to take this thing apart to service it and make new parts. I appreciate the amount of work it takes to model all that stuff, but less can be more.
Take these seven "pods" below the cockpit for example...what is their purpose? Is what's underneath so temperamental that it needs to be exposed above the surface line of the frame beneath? I also don't agree with the "ribbing" along the top of the nose - the size and frequency of repetition combined with the missile bay doors they make the design appear to be much wider. I'm wondering if those can be "chunked up" a bit more - fewer and larger versions of the ribs, in other words.
The antennae are a fresh take on the design, really brings it back to the early designs of the 2750s and prior. I can see this being a "Mark I Mad Dog" from the initial production run in 2963.
