Umm...I just have to :

Use search ( topright of threads ). Inputting "founders question" gets me 4 Pages of results, among which are 1 Thread that asks this question, as well as "Founders F.A.Q" and "Founders Q&A"...

Just saying, you getting worked up about people telling you you could have read that...simple search wouldve taken you 1 min with the answer there.
