That is somehow an Issue for many germans who may either pay by direct banking or by Paysafecards

Paypal sucks, their customer support is even worse (with stereotypical outsourced staff half way across the world), and is known for frequent security breaches.

Stick with credit if you can.

because paypal is linked to your bank account. And kids for example get paysafe cards as presents, which they then use how?
Also some people don't want to have paypal as a third party money transfer institution. I mean, seriously, why should someone need someone to drag money form the bank account to soemone else instead of doing it directly?

and the most important thing: you are a company, you want money. So you should stick to methods your customer is using and not forcing your customer to use a specific method.

Not being able to use that moment when someone feels like giving his money is the main reason why game companies lose their income.

Only asking because it must be a country thing, i had never heard of paysafe and don't know anyone that uses it. (i've actually had to look it up)

I don't understand the reluctance to using paypal if im honest, it's not hard to set up and personally i've been using it since the early 2000's and never had an issue, and it's accepted pretty much everywhere.

However i see your point about paysafe, with no transfer method between the two that part sucks.

It may just be the payments were all arranged through IGP, and now with them out of the picture PGI need to set them up in their name or something.

It's just a very bad moment introducing a new pack when common payment methods are gone. And in germany people do not use credit cards usually, because that is a model that never developed well since direct payment or paying with your banking card directly is done. So even those with a banking account hardly use both methods that are left. But taking into account how most german buddies pay in games its always like " Oh wait I gonna drive to the next gas station getting paysafe card".

So yes very much a country related thing. But taking into account that germans spending much money for online games it's not clever to not offer these options. I hope PGI can solve this quickly.

Ah ok, that makes more sense.

I mean here, it's pretty much credit card and paypal i don't know anyone that bothers with other methods sans paying via mobile bill (in some games like LoL)
