Died twice today due to ammo explosion and the only ammo I had was Gauss.

The explosion of the Gauss Canon is considered as an ammo explosion.

I'm not sure what they call it, but the Gauss Rife can blow up. It might have been that.

Secret tip: A Gauss rifle should be crit-padded with as many half-ton slots of Gauss ammo you can fit. They'll absorb crit damage and reduce the risk of an explosion.
