MW4 is no longer free!
Mektek had a license to distribute it for free, but they discontinued that project. The only one with the right to distribute MW4 now is microsoft. As long as they do not provide a download link, you'll need to buy the game somewhere.
You will not get informations on illegal sources on the MWO forums.
