Halloween is coming up, and I for one am looking forward to it. The candy, the treats, the screams running off into the night.

I would like to take a moment to address a point of safety for Halloween night. Please, if you are going out to grab goodies, carry a flashlight or a glow stick of some kind so that cars can see you. You can turn off a flashlight or stick the glow stick into a pocket when you are going up to someones house. This is to give vehicles a chance to see you. I don't know how many times Ive had someone in a dark costume run out in front of my car, so I'm offering a bit of advice for you and your kids if you have any, or said advice if you still are a kid.
