Very bad thing u did to that Raven, it was so pretty now it just looks so generic...
Also the raven has those long laser barrels (ok normaly its medium lasers and not the common 2 ERL ones)
I mean only the RIGHT ARM , those laser barrels wher so cool and good loocking
evrything else u did to it is great

All in all, thes laser models and ppc models just look to the same,
it takes the unique look of the mechs,
its much more suited for clan mechs with ther OMNI-PODS

Can´t wait to see what u do to the Awesome, at least i has some sort of torso/arm laser model allready

Ohh and while talking of esthetics ... Whats with the Orions knees ? Or the Thunderbolts right arm laser/ppc , its not in line with the arm.

Startup sequence for Vindicator still is not in line

Ohh and i still think it was false advertising on those Phoenix mechs, WHERE ARE THE DECALS !?!?!?!??!

Decals? I don't remember any decals being advertised in any 'Mech package, and I have them all.

If you mean the artistic license Alex used when he did the previews of the 'Mechs, then that's just what it was - artistic license. The 'Mech never looks exactly like the artist's rendering.

well i understand it that the poenix mechs should hve looked like this

with the littel triangels, symbols and numbers beeing part of "UNIQUE PATTERN" !!!!!!
and alos the colors are very different

Agreed on the Raven. The large lasers look terrible now.

for some reason pgi love coming along and screwing with things you liked enough to buy and making you not want them any more, this is becoming a habit.

I personally am taking this as a lesson not to spend money on colours and cammos to get a mech looking how I want because I now know I can expect that mech to be changed on the whim of another person and made to look how they want regardless of the money I payed.

Check this out... they managed to use something canon in design of their Mechs: "Three and a half tons of armor provide some measure of protection, although most Spider pilots agree that speed is the best defense. The unique armor alignment on the front of the Spider is what gave the 'Mech it's name. This spiderweb pattern is further emphasized by a bright red fiberglass sealant in the seams between armor plates."
