I have reported this several times since the patch went in adding factions and units. Not getting replies to the issue. Is this not something you can go in and just manually type in a new field.

We would have just disbanded and started anew (as pita as that would be with redoing ranks and invitations) but with quite a bit of donated money in the unit coffer it would be irresponsible and unfair to our donators to do so now.

Those guys are pretty backed up as it were... PM Russ, Niko, or the appropriate GM to handle it if you hadn't already put in an e-mail to support (helps to add reference # if you did submit to support).

Yea I had a support ticket in on August 27 about it. Basically as soon as the Dagger Star was released, was told the tools are not in place at this point in time for the CSR department to make the change. I replied back asking if I had to send reminders to keep the ticket open and heard nothing back.
