Hello PGI.
I purchased the man o war wave two package yesterday by paypal and have not received a receipt from you confirming my purchase. Paypal has confirmed that I have sent money your way but I have nothing to show for it on your site or in my email box. I am not the only one, other unit members have the same issue.

Apologies for the inconvenience. As long as you received the payment confirmation from PayPal everything should be in order. PayPal and similar third-party payment processing systems can often take up to 7 businesses to get the payment confirmation to us if the payment was made with existing Paypal founds. If you are transferring your founds form your bank account it may take up to 2 weeks for transaction to process.
thats part of a support email answer, it seems they have change paypal from instant access to access when money is delivered with the new payment provider

New news to me. The sale page show I have them now though so that is good. I had tried to pay by CC but it wouldn't open the window to enter that info so I just used Pay Pal.

Yes but paypal is always or at least should be linked so payment is confirmed so that someone can enjoy their purchase right after buying it. People have bought clan packs before 4 and had them that afternoon. This is all a problem from moving over, but it needs to get resolved and fast. I purchased a clan pack, but can't even upgrade to get Mad dog because it doesn't show that I have already purchased the timber wolf level pack. So it wants me to pay 240 for everything again.

don't you have to buy the Warhawk pack and the Gargoyle pack to qualify?
