Hello!

I already wrote a ticket regarding this, but who knows how long that might take, so maybe some of you guys have already found a workaround.

The problem I am dealing with here is, that upon selecting to purchase one of the mech-collections via PayPal, at first a new window pops up
asking me to enter my PayPal account details. So far so good.

But for some strange reason my password is not accepted and the buying process is aborted. I can rule out a typo or something similar.
I am able to login to PayPal without any problems when directly accessing PayPals own website. And believe, I don't misstype my own password
20 times in a row while double-checking everything, typing in slow-mo and have it spot on a second later on a different website.

One thing to add here is that I am from Germany and when I access the PayPal website I do so via paypal.de, i.e. the german website.
Maybe there is something messed up along these lines?

Anyway, did somebody run into similar problems and found a way to fix this? I tried various browers and also two laptops, including the one
at work which is in a different place with a different router, internet provider etc. And still didn't work.

Yes, I noticed something similar, it seems like that PayPal does not work, but then takes your money anyhow.
Since, PayPal did not appear to work, I purchased a package via Credit Card.
Now I've got charged twice, ticket issued, but no responds so far.

i had the same problem with login in on paypal, it started working after i deactivated sms protect for the account. btw from germany too, somebody should check into that^^

Could be! I have a SMS as double-verification as well... but I am not actually keen on disabling it.

just disable, do the transaction and reenable it, not really that much of a hastle, at least thats what i did^^ 5 minutes disabled should be a problem with decent computer security

Seems like this sounds familiour.

on Sep the 26th I tryed purchasing a ALC TimberWolf like 6 times by now... I haven't seen any error messeges pop up or any confirmations (On that side thank god or els I'd have 6 x 3 Timberwolfs by now LOL!) I even tryed purchasing some MC through PayPal and it does the same thing... I've send a Ticket on sep the 26th and had a reply telling me they only see 2 ALC purchase (Dire Wolg and WarHawk). I'm guessing ever since they cut them selfs lose from IGP, PayPal is screwed up. Hopefully the Customer support of PGI sees this topic and others simular to this problem and fix it.
