Possible Er Ppc Error/glitch

so i was equiping my KitFox with some C-ER-PPC's(i almost never use PPC's)
and noticed that C-ER-PPC's say they do 10 damage, not 15 damage,

is this a error/glitch? or is it that the 5 Splash damage isn't recognized,
by the MWO system since its not direct damage?

can anyone tell me or C-ER-PPC's had their damage reduced?

Its not a glitch, idk why, but the just dont list the 5 splash damage.
But really, if its not going to do 15FLD then it shouldnt deal 15FLHeat lol.
