For many of you with problems related to purchasing the Clan 2 Pack don't despair.

When my paypal misfired I actually messaged Russ who put me in contact with Jon Cunningham and they resolved it the next day.

PGI should get a round of applause, what other company will the president actually help on customer support?

If anyone else is having problems you should try messaging the customer support and if they don't respond try someone from the forums directly. They are really helpful.

My compliements PGI. For your excellent service I am planning on buying the next mech pack you offer.

I would throw money at them but until I can upgrade an a la cart purchase my wallet stays closed.
