Rules Of Three And Ecm Module

Since we got rules of three on weight limitation, what about ecm modules? what if both sides have equal amount of ecm modules... it should be more balanced though.

They need a medium and heavy with ECM first (besides the Cicada).

IMO, ECM should be a commodity, not a requirement.

Inversely, ECM should not be required to win, either.

Supposedly ECM is getting a re-balance soon.
