I am unable to create a Support New Ticket because a pop-up says I must enter a category. However when I click on the Category Line, no categories appear to select from nor can we input any category to the line. Without that category line we cannot enter a support ticket.

I was pleased at the new attitude I saw recently from MWO but this seems suspiciously like the old way of PGI activities to keep away from the players. Clicking on the Support at the top of page I get the page with Support email - however when clicking on that link a pop-up says the 'default mail client unavailable'. So what is up? Have you lost your support employees? This forum category seems the only way to contact PGI with a problem.

The problem is actually on your end. Just email that address.

It's not PGI's fault that your computer doesn't know what to do with a mailto link. Copy the email address and send an email to it manually.

You need to setup a default mail client, linked in your browser settings, for such a link to be working. If you do not have one, you need to copy and paste the adress.
