Simple as that...
I just find most of the new music, ui, menu, game starts etc utterly depressing.

Id like to be able to change it or have new stuffs without having to open a music player that needs messing with.

Music like what we in the reveal trailer so long ago which is supposed to be the theme yet I never hear it
I don't get it, it's all so good with trailers from the Misery, Pretty Baby, Grid iron. and even the newer mechs too.

these were tunes that got you ready to tear mechs down, the current music just makes me wanna cut my hydraulic lines.

Considering how big a psychological thing music can be to a game I think this is important.

I have all the music in the game turned off. Its pretty terrible.

I just play my own.

indeed, whilst that is of course an option it's certainly not the bet :/ I wanna be enveloped in the world of mech

Not sure why playing your music outside of the game is a problem. I'm guessing you want your music to be timed? I don't think PGI allows changing of the game files at all.
