Very nice tutorial, but one note:
When you're discussing the various states of targeting (untargeted, targeted by ally, targeted by you), you should mention that info regarding untargeted 'Mechs is not transmitted to your teammates. A lot of people think that just "seeing" an enemy will broadcast that enemy's info to your teammtes, when in fact you must actively target the 'Mech to transmit that data.
I think a lot of that misconception comes from people using UAVs, which allow you to "see" untargeted Mechs' empty triangles even if they're out of line-of-sight, and people don't realize that's only possible because a UAV is in use (they still think it's a teammate spotting).
