I like the idea about dedicating your matches to factions really well. Weightclass, arena, grand championships is good too.
But you forgot 1 thing. Mixed weight matches. Bring whatever mech you want.

Yup. The dev's have talked about Solaris before but never given an exact date for it's arrival. Maybe closer or after Steam release.
Regardless i'm really looking forward to 12 or 24 player free for all matches were i have no duties beyond spreading mayhem.
No complaints if i go lone ranger in my ECM mech or that my build is weird.
Having a team can be fun but a lot of times i just wish it was just me and my mech against anything that moves.
