Today march at Canyon, 2 times on friendly mech wasn't displayed Friend Tag(blue triangle), like they on enemy ECM(no tag) so aktually 2 TK.

I've been having this same issue, and it's been happening on and off for the last couple of patches.

I've got some videos which I may post later, but this bug has resulted in at least one team kill due to confusion.
