Ladies & Gentlemen; and the possible PGI reader.
- Frankly, what the Awesome series started in the field of coming IS mech quirks, I am going to be addressing a few of them that I think definitely need love.

Trebuchet=
  • Decrease internal critical chance by X % (Optional; but it would give it some edge; as its armor melts away quite easily)
  • Decrease Missile cooldown rate by X %
  • Decrease Missile heat mitigation by X %
  • Decrease target lock-on time by 5-10% (depending on the variant)
  • Increase target decay time by 0.5-1 second (depending on the variant)
Locust=
  • Decrease internal critical chance by X %
  • 359 degree cockpit turn; It could not just "turn in circles" as there would be a stopper at the rear, but it would give a lot more advantage to this machine.
  • This could make it a nightmare on any other mech, but on this? It could be an unseen tactical advantage.
Victor=

(I know what Paul said when he announced the overpowering of Victor, and announced ways to "slow it down", but I need to address this; as in my opinion the *Meta* status hurt Vicky's reputation the most)
  • With the coming of the Clans, I think Victor should be pushed in to the position it was before the nerf= A battlemech that can outmaneuver other mechs in a brawl, as it is *agile*. It chose when to attack, and where to attack with precision.
  • Just like the Charger, that was a "scout Assault mech", its speed can be matched with the Vicky; except it packs its "hard right". Its arms are slower than Atlas, its torso turns slower than the Highlander; and even with the biggest engine its not up for the challenge.
  • In my opinion, the issue is the Dragon Slayer, not the other variants as badly; hence some speed nerfs could be kept in place, but... it's seriously hurting the chassis; as it isn't good at anything anymore.
  • Same load-out could be made with a Battlemaster, with a bigger engine & speed, and it would be tenfold more agile than Victor; where the 'Master loses is its JJs & Mech size.
  • Decrease AC20 heat mitigation by 5-15%
  • Increase AC20 cooldown rate by 2.5-10%
  • Decrease Missile heat mitigation by 5-10%
  • Increase RA armor by 5%
  • Increase RA critical by 5%
Applying minor boosts to its stock weaponry could also shake off its status as "The Meta Mech", and these changes would not affect the Meta load-outs basically in any way.

My only grime is that I don't want Victor to be a useless 80 ton "meta-mech"; and after the Nerfs I didn't touch mine anymore; even if I never used the "Meta Builds", and I loved it the most.. and I have loved it for over 20 years.
- You saved my other favorite Assault Mech of all time; so I have faith in time maybe the other one will come as well.

Russ already announced what they were doing with the victor: Un-nerfing it. From there, though, it won't get any positive quirks as its still pretty much a top tier mech.

Russ Bullock; I want to have your children! Seriously(in a joking manner)! The stuff PGI has been pulling off has been stellar in the past 2 months.
Wintersdark; thank you for bearing the news!

Vicky is returning back then! But I want to see what happens to the Locust & the Trebuchet...
