I know I'm jumping the gun here since there's not much to actually add to it, but I've been working on setting up a wiki page for MWO because it's something I enjoy doing. I don't know how many of you remember C4_Warhead's TRM4 site for MW4. It was a great looking site that had an insane amount of information. Unfortunately, it stopped getting updated after MP3 first came out and a lot of its information is outdated by now. The nice thing about a wiki is that everyone can update it if they see something wrong with it. I guess the nice thing about the game coming out next year is that I have plenty of time to make sure it's set up first.

Anyways, the address for it is www.mwowiki.org. Let me know what you think and feel free to edit/create pages on it.

NIce wiki, but there are some issues with it. When you load a page of any mech, the sarna.net refferences are there multiple times, all reffering to the same page.

Signed up.

It looks pretty good so far, though I am getting tired of seeing that background image. We need some new concept art, or something, stat!

It'd be cool if this wiki eventually became an extension of the community and became the "official" place for meta updates and all that jazz.

Do the sites for gaming news violate the rules, when they have the artwork (released) in their post about the game? I do not think so. ^_^

Thanks for the compliments. I really like the sarna site and I've seen a couple of good looking and useful wiki sites (God of War, Star Trek Online and MWLL wikis). The background image isn't stolen, it's available on the Media page if you would like it for yourself. Aside from that, I'm pretty sure fan sites are protected under fair use copyright laws. But just incase, I asked the administrator of this site. If I can't use it, then I'll find a less awesome picture.

I spoke with the powers to be. You can use that image freely as long you don't create confusion between our official site and your wiki. So go ahead and use it! Good luck on it, and I sure will keep an eye on it.

Ok, I'm offically allowed to "steal" it now!

When I read this thread about a FanWiki, I winced and prepared for the worse.

But the layout actually shows you have a clue of what you are doing.

Definitely bookmarked.

Should see his MW4 wiki.

Also should note I think this is worth a pin or mention in a news article. Wiki's are hotspots of information. ^_^
