Exact same issue, repair tool does nothing to help. Video drivers are always up to date.
I've crashed every drop without fail.
I think the most annoying aspect of this is that I and many others reported this issue when we played the map on PTS, and it is clearly not fixed (along with MANY places to get stuck, I won't get started on those). I also get FPS drops on this map and an occasional FPS hiccup that's noticeable while walking around.

Only thing I've done differently is use the same mech all day (Jager S)
no PC changes at all.
Wonder if has something odd to do with the mech you are in or the loadout it has?

However I've noticed (while trying to figure out what's happening with the system) that if I alt+tab at the beginning, open task manager and then watch as other mechs start to move, client doesn't crash.
Drivers are up to date. I haven't tried the repair tool, yet.
Intel Core i5-3570K, 8GB RAM, GTX570 on Windows 8.1
EDIT: Repair tool didn't fix the issue, alt+tabing doesn't always help either. Crash occurs randomly, but only on this map.

i do have a 12 gig system i7-920 setup with a radeon hd 7700 on the windows 7 64 bit ultimate, so my basic guess is mwo is eating a lot more memory while running these maps
only time i crash out is when i leave the client running for over 12 hours in the bg and it sometimes gives me the memory error ctd

I notice lots of people crashing out(disconnected) at the start of this map, including a few friends. It really can make the fight irritating when you have 3-4 people out on your side. Normally once they reconnect, they are fine for the rest of the fight.

What's more, in one of the matches I played yesterday somebody mentioned this problem in all chat. About half the players mentioned having the problem as well(myself included). This is really what prompted my getting on the forums over the issue. Initially, I thought it was probably just something wrong with my system, but if that many people in one match are having the problem, then clearly this is a game issue.
If any of the devs or QA folks address this issue, please feel free to contact me for detailed information, or point to a place where I can provide that information.

I submitted a support ticket also, to see if I can get an answer as to why this is happening.
It's a shame because this map is really great, and aside from this (and the FPS drops) I really love it, and it's great fun to play on with close range builds.
Has there been any acknowledgement from the Dev's on this issue? I'd have to think it's a well known issue, judging by the sheer handfuls of players I see D/C at the beginning of every match, and then reconnect 1 minute later
