Relax, you are getting plenty lately... So chill...
Too many ungrateful people lately. Enough challenges, progress and free stuff lately and a quick fix to keep the game running gets villagers trying to burn down the village... CALM DOWN !

I disagree, I paid for mine and the servers have gone down a few times this week during prime time. Compensation would be the right thing to do

Greetings MechWarriors,
Please stand by for an incoming hot-fix! This patch is to update our servers.
No in-game changes should be seen or noticed. We apologize for the inconvenience
The Hot-Fix will begin at approximately 5PM PDT / 8PM EDT / 12AM UTC.
The Hot-Fix will take approximately 1 hour for the team to deploy and test.
Thank you for standing by!
Just a thought....
Could you guys bring back the in game(in match) warning before you kill the servers? That was a nice touch and gave a heads up to people that are not actively trolling the forums

Not an ideal time for a server fix but eh, premium time lost during short downtime is miniscule.

Oh well, glad to have fixes that help on the back end with servers.

possible, the manager frenzy today about this 'heartbleed level' (yes, that's what we're using now to describe these things) was interesting to watch.

Bash is just an executable - the patch doesn't take the box down, it simply either replaces or recompiles it. OSX was a little more work, but not much.
Just got done patching a little over 100 boxes today.
